Ignite reap with better gears - Zigguraut is a Path of Exile Elementalist build by Prototype B, made for the Secrets of the Atlas league (3.26). Alter spam helmet bases for less duration/burning dmg, 1p1e+1e1s recomb, crafting +1 aoe then ex slam. Elder exalt should be 30-40c first week, shouldn't cost too much.
DO NOT harvest reforge, cost way more than recomb.
You can also use vaal caress with +2 corruption, plus eye of malice. 10% less dps but 20s onslaught after using vaal skills.
Shield is hard to craft in league start so I guess +1 phy + block chance/spell block chance, then craft another block is the way to go. Can cap blocks without intuitive leap.
