If you don't have open prefix on your gloves for phys to lightning conversion - use (lesser) Eater imlicit for 10%
Prior to end-game or If you don't have open prefix on your end-game gloves for phys to lightning conversion - Thaumophage cluster can be replaced with Doryani's Lesson cluster.
Crown of the Inward Eye with 0.5% Lightning damage leeched as Life corruption works too until you can afford Power Charge corruption on it.
I find Body armour with +2/4 corruption the easiest damage upgrades for the body armour slot so I always go for these.
This time I went for Geofri's Sanctuary simply because it was the cheapest in my experience.
Zealot's Oath makes things a bit awkward on it so Life Leech and/or better yet - Life per Hit with Spells (ring slot) is a must in my optinion. Death's Rush ring works as a substitute for mapping too.

Just got to 99 and other than some additional corrupts I've pretty much finished the build. Still having a blast with it so might go for some ~100 div upgrades still.
