Oro's Cheap Flicker Strike Slayer (3.25 Ready)

Best version of flicker strike duelist build with Oros sacrifice sword on a cheap budget. Can easily farm end game maps in less than 20 divines. Decently tanky and is possibly viable for hardcore and solo self found by following this guide.

What has changed in 3.23? DPS down from 18M to 16.5M (minor nerf). Lab enchants removed. Kaom's Spirit got slight nerf. Still works quite the same.

What will change in 3.25? Grace nerf, but will be substituted across base items automatically. Ancestral Totem removed
