Hey ya'll, it's OTTER - got a quick league start video for ya'll. I'm starting a Conflagration Elementalist for this league with a focus on dealing damage-over-time in a decent area of effect.

I personally struggle quite a lot with league starts, so my hope with this build was to make something conservative in requirements while still relatively powerful for a league focused on the Breach mechanic.
