Build got buffed in 3.16 LOL If you don't have a marauder yet, just level with Hollow palm. I put a leveling video months ago, you can check that. In 3.18 Sentinel patch, GGG didn't buff or nerf anything. Any POB that has 3.17 tree is ready to go. You don't need to wait for 3.18 update.
