PoE 3.29 – Reliquary Phantasmal Might, Vaal Storm Call - Uber Cortex map

Using "Phantasmal Might" from the Reliquary Ascendancy to get: 4000 added physical damage, and by converting it into Lightning it enables "Doryani's Prototype". "Tattoo of the Kitava Heart Eater" for phasmal uptime in maps, and Dececrate + Volatile Dead vs bosses

Vaal storm call got mega buffed this league, the amount of hits from a single cast went from 24 to 37. About 50% more damage

The build has max block, and decent amount of life. 5% instant leech I dont have a "100% of Cold and Lightning Damage from Hits taken as Fire Damage" yet (from talisman), so lightning(dot) is the builds biggest weakness

To build futher, you could get a "Dusk ring" that way you can switch out the Amulet for a rare, then try to fit in either "Tempered by War" or "Divine Flesh" from Timeless jewels And switch to Dawnbreaker on the Reliquarian ascendancy
