Basically immortal in Simulacrum with good damage. Credit to Emattera on PoE forum shared this build in 3.21, I made some changes based on my playstyle, here is the PoB link https://pobb.in/XVUo4JZ0KJca PoB link has been updated to include 5 melee range tattoos, this not only gives us more attack range for Boneshatter, but also provide extra 5 rage/s during Akoya which is huge. Also included a mageblood version that I use for bossing.
