Soul Wick Flickershade Spectre Necromancer

Decided to try and build around soul wick a jewel which makes spectres non permanent as a downside in contrase of +2 max spectres along with 1000% crit. However the spectres becoming non permanent 20 second duration base minions is a huge downside which begs the question how do we get consistently good spectres? the answer boils down to phantasmal desecrate which allows for a concentrated amount of a specific spectre type due to being the forgotten corpse. Probably cooked but after building around it the build clearly can back it up with a relaxed playstyle along with a solid defensive package and good damage.
