As mentioned in video, the headhunter was just something I bought for my next character, you can instead use a well rolled Ryslatha's Coil or Stygian Vise with stats you need. I ran these maps with a setup I am using for low level maps, with possessed rogue exiles, tormented spirits, red beasts, and essence monsters with wisps that deal tons of damage/have insane health. In all I really enjoy this skill and will probably try it again as a strength stacker next league.
