I made a couple of changes to my previous build guide on cold dot occultist . Most important changes: use blasphemy with enfeeble for mapping( took profane bloom), annoint deflection, swap despair with punishment ( helps against bosses like sirius and uber elder a lot). Added rumi's concoction and taste of hate. Took more block from passive tree/items. Do not use witchfire brew to proc profane bloom. Its not worth it. Use enfeeble/temporal chains with blasphemy (needs 20% qual if possible).
