This video covers my PConc of Bouncing Scion Scavenger league starter for the Phrecia League in Path of Exile 1. This build is fast, easy, and extremely SSF-friendly, coming online immediately with no gear requirements while still scaling into real endgame content with reasonable investment.

PConc of Bouncing is carried by the skill gem, the passive tree, and life flasks, making early mapping comfortable on generic rares. With permanent shrine buffs, chaos explosion scaling, poison proliferation via foulborn, and Adrenaline from the Scavenger ascendancy, this build excels at almost every Phrecia Idol strategy (with the exception of Legion) on affordable budgets.

In a short form 3 week event this is perfect for casuals as well as advanced players, because the scaling is there if you want to go for it, but building a cheap and practical setup is also going to perform well straight out of the gates. If you want a reliable day-one league starter that feels smooth from level 1 and never falls off, this is a proven and tested choice.
