A better way to get +2 spectres isolated on magic boots: Alt spam for +1 spectre / Regal - Annul suffix if regal'd a second one, if regal'd a prefix it's all good / Craft multi mod + a third suffix + suffix cannot be changed (bristle matron) / Reforge lightning = guaranteed unaffected by shocked ground elder prefix / orb of dominance for +2 spectre / if it worked you have +2 spectre alone and no other suffix just suffix cannot be changed and scour

Don't get a voices. I just did it because I was playing around with explode flesh/flame. Can do a basic 8 passive cluster there, or put points elsewhere
