New Unique Sword Rakiatas Dance

Rakiata's Dance is a new unique two handed sword that I decided to build my second character around. I've been getting a lot of questions about how it works and wanted to give a breakdown on some of the swords basics along with some common missconceptions on items that seem ideal to use with weapon but come with large opportunity cost along with not being as much upside as they may seem.
