This is the final-form update for my Kinetic Rain Elementalist — I’ve spent a week finalizing the character and juicing maps with Delirium, Beyond, and other pack-density mods. The build is shredding T16 - T17 content and handling guardian maps with insane crit scaling and defensive layers.
