Infinitely Looping Frenzy Charges with Lightning Spear Tactician - PoE 2 0.4 Build Concept

This is a short overview of my Armour Break Tactician build concept for PoE 0.4.

NOTE FOR LEAGUESTARTERS: If you want to play this, I recommend transitioning after the third ascendancy. For getting through the campaign I recommend grenades and/or mortar tactician. There are lots of guides available for this, but Zizaran's is highly comprehensive and helpful: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aHlxokGMn5w . This guide is for blasting maps once you get enough currency for Guiding Palm of the Mind and some essences to craft your spear.

The build is designed to create a cycling frenzy charge loop for permanently empowered Lightning Spear. The loop is made up of four core components:

• Tactician Pin ascendancy
• Eroding Chains notable
• Armour break gem
• Resonance keystone

Since all of these components are nodes and gems its a very cheap tech to get going. The rest is just quality of life - but the Serpent's Egg amulet is very useful!
