In result, with return property(Nimis) and enough projectile speed, the most of Eye of Winter's secondary projectiles will return to where primary projectile fired, causing huge number of shotgunning of fully strengthened secondaries.

Pros: damage burst against single target wide clear, freeze Cons: single dps will lessen when the target moves away from sweet spot in my case weak against spells (it can be built more defensive, however)
