Uber Elder - SRS Scavenger of Enormity - POE Phrecia 2.0

Why Phrecia 2.0 so short?? I'm a slow casualcore :/

This is what I've played most of Phrecia 2.0 and I'd have to give it a B+ since it would have a hard time with Ubers, which I won't be trying. Got a silly second build idea I wanna try. Buttt Scavenger may be going core...

Scavenger's Midnight Bargain gives +5 to SRS of Enormity (and +1 spectre!), which we jack up to lv31 alongside Hatred, Ele Weakness, and Haste/Vaal Haste.

The big problem to solve was recovery without Necro Leech. Scavenger's Stasis Prison (instead of Cloak of Flame, surprisingly) gives 50% Life Recoup, which is effectively 2.33x better with Corrupted Soul from Replica Soul Tether and 3-second-recoup mastery. Passive regen is also decent. Energy Shield is sustained with Aegis Aurora, Divine Shield, and capped Block chance with Glancing Blows and 25k armour w/o flasks. Breachlord Bloodline for Otherworldly Appendages.

Brine King for freeze/chill, more chill and shock reduction on boots, whatever Lesser Pantheon you want (I had Abberath for Exarch mapping). 90% total Debuff expiry makes most other ailments/debuffs easily ignored. Tattoos for Curse Reduction, topping off Block chance, and some Armour (actually could've squeezed two more in).

Spectres are Perfect Warlord, Hulking Miscreation, Perfect Forest Warrior, and Perfect Primal Demiurge (Clarity). AG has Kingmaker, Crown of the Tyrant, Sporeguard, Intimidate gloves, and Scorch boots. Also Lightning Golem.

Utula's Hunger fits perfectly again with all these uniques and makes the good rares more affordable. Had to craft my own helmet with 5/6d in fossils and eldritch currency.

Grand Spectrum jewels could give more DPS but I went with FF jewels for Necromancer QOL.
