Vaal Storm Call got some pretty large buffs in 3.29 and the new Assassin seemed fun, so I put together this build.

VSC received a damage buff (15% more damage), hit rate buff (25% more damage) and quality now scales the number of hits per cast (25% more hits per cast at 30% quality).

This also uses the buffed Yaomac's Accord, which gained up to +2 levels to Vaal skills, with the possibility of new corrupted implicits.

Still optimising the build, but it has been a lot of fun so far.
