[3.29] CI CoC Freezing Pulse Build | Assassin | Curse of the Allflame | Path of Exile 3.29

Hey guys, Cast on Crit Freezing Pulse Assassin build is here. Freezing Pulse got buffed this league and I wanted try that in a coc build and combining this with new assassin ascendancy gives us a pretty good result. Single target is not insane because it can't shotgun but still pretty good. Clear speed is pretty good with 7 projectiles and tanky enough to clear the end game content with max spell block and some attack block chance. Also it's a CI Build so that helps too.

Mana: How do I sustain mana?

• Non-Channelling Skills have # to Total Mana Cost mod on rings
• 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion mod on Militant Faith
• Mana leech from skill tree

Critical Strike Chance: Aim for %100 crit chance.

• Power charges
• Diamond Flask
• Any Flask with crit chance mod
• Ascendancy, Skill tree
• Assassin's Mark

Cooldown recovery: We need at least 14% for this build. I got it from:

• Belt (11%)
• Boots (5%)

Accuracy: We need %100 hit chance. Hits can't be Evaded mod solves the problem

Aps: With 14% cooldown recovery optimal aps for cyclone is 7.57. Don't go over it. Cyclone's aps is 7.57 with this setup. 29% inc attack speed, Rune Dagger 20% inc attack speed, Onslaught 10% inc attack speed, Quick Getaway (Cluster notable)

Forbidden Flame/Flesh: Getting Deathmarked becuase it was cheaper than others. But if you don't have the jewels yet get Deathmarked instead of Knife in the Back from ascendancy.

Militant Faith: Dominus to get Inner Conviction keystone. Try to get one with these mods:

• 4% increased Elemental per 10 Devotion
• 1% reduced Mana Cost of Skills per 10 Devotion

Ignite for Cinderswallow: Make sure you have fire damage to attacks/spells mod somewhere to be able ignite.
