POB Config for Mercenary: Adds 269 to 448 physical damage to attacks Nearby Enemies Convert 25% of their Physical Damage to Fire

In terms of DPS, it is pretty decent. However this build is lacking sustain on life recovery method, any sort of degen is painful to deal with, especially on T17. Recommended if only doing casual bossing and mapping in T16 and T16.5, not recommended for T17.
