Here's what I sank all my currency into this league: Self-cast Glacial Cascade scaling with Golems and Heralds.

Total spent is around 1.1k D. You can get ~80% of the build done and functioning for T16.5s for <100d. I just spent a lot more than was reasonable getting awakened jewels, corruptions, and a more convenient soul eater mechanism. For the price, I know it's not anywhere near as good as others of similar investment, but it's got everything I wanted. The chest and shield could definitely be slightly better, but I'm kind of over the league at the moment, so just going to put it off until another time.

Highlights:

• 80k eHP: 56k max ele, 7.9k max phys

• Consistent 20m+ DPS if you can position GC correctly, took some getting used to

• Heralds + Merc Asenath's for mapping is dopamine

• Perma 45 soul eater stacks

Things build has done:

• 100%+ quant deathless all invitations

• all pinnacles & ubers

• 40% deli 8mod t16.5

Mods that must be dodged:

• Cannot Regen

• Less Recovery Rate

• Less Recovery Rate per Endurance Charge on altars

Upgrades left:

• Chest: +50 more life, +1% all max, +1% phys as

• Shield: +50 more life, +3% suppress, drop +res for +2% all max

• Boots: upgrade implicits, get dex roll

Other thoughts around the shell:

• Any skill does decent damage, GC just had built in phys->cold and i like the sound effect

• I tried eye of winter and it didnt feel as smooth

• One avenue I wanted to go down was to try doryani on my merc and then get some spark gloves and go that route. Spark by itself felt really good with crazy cast speed. Harder to get HoI crunch sounds though :'(
