This build uses the new woespike rings that consistently adds additional hits to the strongest impale. We are using facebreaker crushing fist to inflict an impale that stores 30 million damage for each subsequent hit, and procing it 31 times a second with weapon swap transfigured cyclone.

This is a pure bossing build and struggles with normal clearing, so it is advised to level with another skill such as a normal 6 linked cyclone.
