Back in 3.26 Mercenaries League @ThatsRealNeato posted a video using a mercenary with rallying cry giving us flat physical damage based on more than 30% of the mercenaries weapon and guaranteed crit by taking a crit ourselves using Binds of Bloody Vengeance unique belt and the maven helmet Viridi's Veil to negate any crits taken. Now that mercenaries are removed from the game we have lost a big source of damage.

Entering the Screams of the Desiccated belt - which can grant us the diamond shrine as long as we have no active flasks. This allows us to change the helmet (or armour Brass dome) to abyssus for lots of crit multi and flat physical damage. We can also use the king in the mists ascendancy for another ring slot for even more flat phys and poison immunity as long as we have no flasks. With the Azadi Crest shield our lucky block is rolled three times making the effective block about 98%. We use replica reckless defence, 2 rare jewels, 3 cluster jewels and tempest shield to max our spell block. Leech and some ailment immunities and reduced damage taken from DoT to deal with DoT. Making a VERY solid hard hitting build
