Pretty much simple task here STACK CDR for blink with Sands of Silk and STACK CRIT MULTI JEWELS which are INSANE OP this league

Fast explanation of Sand of silks chest and why it's OP This chest gives you free blink that costs 0 spirit When you assign your BLINK to weapon set 2 it will get the CDR+SKILLS BONUSES from your wand/shield and PASSIVE TREE Which means you want to SET weapon set 2 PASSIVE POINTS WITH CDR to make the blink faster

You want to get LVL 20 blink chest and MAX CDR 30% if you are lucky you can get pass that i think 34% IS Max mine rolled 32% CDR with 3x sockets cause E-GIRL Client Not sure if new FLUX will work on corrupted items to make the BLINK LVL 20 if someone tested it say in comments thanks

What is req to make this shit work ?? Ward on your chest + gloves I would say MIN Headhunter + 700 divine budget to make it smooth 30% CDR on boots VERY important QUITE RNG to hit them can cost you 10 divines can cost you 200 ( Fracture 35% MS and then Spam chaos for 30% CDR and SLAM perfect exalt for GOOD RES if no good res repeat ) can also get +15 spirit on them and drop the ATZIRI SUPPORT AND save 500d

Ratpith HERE is INSANE op you can get the double mana mods for very CHEAP 20divines and if you can get the crit or the damage per life MOD YOUR DMG will be crazy

Also i am stacking Crit MULTI giga jewels THEY MIGHT look expensive but THE COST TO MAKE one is around 40-50 divines or LESS if you RNG it on first attempt and THE CATALYST OFC ARE giga expensive WHICH YOU DO NOT NEED IF you farm BREACH strat like me YOU CAN FARM YOUR CATALYST

I went for split cost here SPARK life only while my COC is mana/life With the ring i have 72% Mana cost efficiency and it also gives me 22% CDR the ring is super easy to craft you will want to get 15% ALL Res on it not 1x res since res are very hard to fix atm

Build feels like lacking ST damage but i will easy fix it in next vid probably if i make one

Currently any juiced breach/abyss map takes around 4mins with my shitty ass filter making it CURRENCY PRINTING MACHINE You can just farm breach and make around 100-150 divines every 10maps with Genesis tree

If you want Rarity go for the same ring stats just on a GOLD ring

Stormweaver VS BLOOD MAGE ??? Stormweaver WAY cheaper due to Adonia and it has WAY MORE ST due to Adonia Blood mage WAY WAY WAY FASTER you can reach 0.5 CDR on blink easy Both of the classes are pretty INSANE for this
