This could change a bit. I'm not 100% sold on the mana reserve nodes, but it does allow me to get a reasonably high level Vitality, which is nice, but probably not needed. I will trade these nodes out for life if I feel I'm not getting enough out of vitality.
Raise Spectre with Primal Blisterlord and a Primal Crushclaw. These have obnoxious HP when exploded.

Scaling both generic fire damage and corpse life.
