If you want to know what an under 10 div Herald of Thunder Elementalist with a lot of shrine buffs looks like this league, it looks like this. Nothing here is optimal and this build may work better with Convergence or another class, but it's pretty good with the OP merc. Mageblood would work well. Merc has Doryani's prototype, Perquil's Toe, Kaom's Binding, -103 lightning res from rings and AoE gear in the other slots. Smite / Consecrated ground.
