[POE 2 0.3] Temporalis Is Back! Blinking Cold Arc Life Stacking Bloodmage! All Content - Showcase!

Cold Arc Life Stacking Bloodmage is an absolute powerhouse of a build. You are able to use Arc to destroy all the content in the game! This video is designed to showcase Cold Arc in its initial form.

This build will be a work in progress and will be evolving over the next few days. There are variations floating around that use all kinds of different ideas and spells.

Dont forget to go the Halani Pillar in the interlude and change your pillar reward! I suggest 12% increased cooldown recovery rate!
