(POE 3.28 Ready) Tanky Slayer Frenzy of Onslaught Build, 65M DPS, T17, Ubers

Very tanky and high dmg Slayer Frenzy of Onslaught build, 782k hit pool. 65M dps with all buffs. I don't use too expensive items here, no rings with +1 frenzy charges, no Sublime Vision, etc. It's amazing fast mapper, clears packs of mobs in a sec. It's the same base build as my Flicker Strike, difference is only in 1 gem and 1 passive (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ttSZMA6EkBQ). Frenzy of Onslaught might be a better choice for people who don't like Flicker playstyle, with all those teleports (bad for eyes if play many hours). This build deals mostly cold dmg, so it freezes everything (if not oneshot). And it has a lot of defenses:

• 14k Armour, 13k Evasion + Blind (70% chance to evade attacks)
• 88/86 block, some life on block, 782k hit pool
• 32% phys and ele dmg reduction from Endurance Charges
• 100% spell suppression
• immune to all elementals ailments (for that we need 110% spell suppression, for Ancestral Vision jewel)
• high life leech which is not removed on full life Map mods to avoid: ele reflect, 90+ avoid ele ailments (can use Frost Blades of Canabasis on avoid ailments maps).

Budget: was 101 div at the moment when I made it, all prices in POB notes. All purchases were recorded as a proof, and there are some explanations about gear choices and crafting process here: 10:11. Now prices of many items are higher, so total budget can be 150-200 div or even more. You can reduce the cost by 50-60 div by sacrificing 3-4 dmg nodes and taking spell suppression from tree instead of 11 tattoos of ramako shaman, I wrote it here 14:44
