(POE 3.28 Ready) Tanky Flicker build with high DPS and not too expensive? No way. Slayer, 50M DPS

Pretty tanky and high dmg Slayer Flicker Strike build, mid-high budget. 50M dps with all buffs. I don't use too expensive items here, no rings with +1 frenzy charges, no Sublime Vision, etc. It's amazing fast mapper, clears packs of mobs in a sec. But bossing with flicker strike is not ideal, because we can't control our position, so on uber bosses like Shaper or Sirus and some T17 bosses I prefer using Frenzy of Onslaught instead of Flicker Strike, it has 65M DPS, same supports, same gear. Still for T16 mapping and bossing Flicker Strike is really good, no need to change any gems. This build deals mostly cold dmg, so it freezes everything (if not oneshot). And it has a lot of defenses:

• 12k Armour, 13k Evasion + Blind (70% chance to evade attacks)
• 88/86 block, some life on block, 723k hit pool
• 32% phys and ele dmg reduction from Endurance Charges
• 100% spell suppression
• immune to all elementals ailments
• high life leech which is not removed on full life Map mods to avoid: ele reflect, 90+ avoid ele ailments.
