Just initiate this build yesterday, so still a lot of room to improve.

Mana cost is 5 mana in my setup. Can hit 0 cost if anointing "Dreamer", but I went "Fending" instead because it provides better survivability (You die and all buffs gone). You will never run out of mana even with 5 mana cost and 30+ casts per minute because of the mastery node "10% chance to recover 10% mana when use a skill".

I put a lot of investment into defense, since DPS-wise, it's good enough to clear maps, and believe me, you really don't want to die...sometimes you die and you just cannot continue that map to ramp up from zero.

Also watch out for the map mod "you are cursed with Temporal Chains", because the curse will be from the map instead of you, and will lose all "increased temporal chains effect" modifiers you have.

Lastly, I'm just a casual player, not a pro player or content creator. Made this video just to share this fun build :)
