In this video, I showcase how to bring back the speed and chaos of POE1 Flicker Strike in Path of Exile 2, using a Cast on Crit + Bloodmage combo. Optimized with Power Charges, Lightning Spears, and Matsya Crescent, this is fast, efficient mapping.
