This pure physical cyclone slayer build turned out much better then I did anticipate it would. There are no weak areas when it comes to cyclone in 3.7 legion, and you can't go wrong in picking it. It can do all end game without spending all your hard-earned currency, and still, do all the rest that is fun in this game.
