Path of Exile [3.7] Crit Cyclone Slayer Guide, One Build to Rule them All!

!!Important!! Had to change "Damage on full Life Support" to "Close combat" for now. The reason is that Soul Tether leech is bugged and might not give the buff of that support gem, so we are going to play it safe with "Close combat". For the same reason, we are going to change our amulet to a rare version with critical strike multiplier, life, and res (huge dmg boost and extra survivability).

This cyclone build has incredible damage numbers and still maintaining a defensive layer that not even Uber Elder can budge. We can run every map mod in the game (yes, even no leech mod) and clear legion encounters fully without leaving a single mob alive. Did 100x Elder Beach maps (fully modded) without even getting close to dying. If you want a build that has fast clear speed, huge damage potential, insane defensive layers......then you need to look no further then the Full Critical strike cyclone slayer:)
