This NEW skill is BLOODY Stronk ! + How OP is Cruelty Support?【Bloodmage Project】Ultimatum 3.14

Hey guys! Here's my first day progress league starter build - Exsanguinate Hierophant ! Never thought this skill can be this OP ! :D

// Build Overview // 【Why Hierophant?】

1. Mana for Mind Over Matter (MoM) *Defense layer
2. Decent spell damage boost (Arcane Surge + Leech)

【Why Agnostic?】

1. As we all know, the new blood skills are costing life instead of mana, so yes, it is actually pretty suicidal if you spam hard on it
2. Agnostic + High Mana investment = Constant Regen (can even sustain RF without any max fire res LOL)
3. With Agnostic, u can safely spam your blood skills & not to mention the speedy regen whenever u take damage

【How good is the blood skills?】 Let's talk about exsanguinate first, (Reap will be on next vid)

1. Very high Damage
2. Clearspeed is meh, maybe because it's still early game (maybe with alternate quality gem + enchant, it might be a cool chain clearspeed build)
3. Very fun & smooth gameplay (the blood tendrils are silky smooth)

**Overall it's a must-try skill, but it's not beginner-friendly though

【Gem Links Discussion】

1. Unleash support is a better choice for exsanguinate, as u can literally "one shot" bosses with instant 4 hits.
2. Unleash support also benefits by having instant MAX stacks(DoT)
3. Clearspeed is much smoother with unleash as there will be more blood tendrils chaining mobs
4. Cruelty support (NEW) is a must due to the "Cruelty buffs"

** Basically this is not a DoT build, but more like a hybrid version. You gotta stack as many spell damage (Hits) as your DoT damage is based on it. (Similar to Shock mechanics, so...HIT HARDER !)

** This playstyle is very very safe btw, only died twice because im a noob, afk in mob packs :)
