While farming the Incarnation of Dread for the Wine of the Prophet, I found a few Bound By Destines and one of them is the Shaper CDR + Hunter Ele Dam - Chaos variant and I had to try out this build before Impending Doom gets nuked (again).

Found 2 The Apothecary off stream while testing this build with Abyss farming. I like the build in general but it IS slower than FROSS when it comes to single target DPS but it excels at screen wide clearing as I chose to use Profane Bloom rather than Vile Bastion.

One of the key points of this build is that it is as tanky as the Pathfinder variant a few leagues ago as it uses the Dawnbreaker + Tempered by War set up.

I crafted the influenced Vixen's Entrapment myself and took about 1000+ chance and scouring orbs to get it. Not sure if I want to push the build further by adding a 1.2k ES Chest and wasting more currency on the rings.
