didn't try to fish for any mods, it was just the only one I had at the time
reduced effect of auras/non-leech/cannot regen and less regen are bad, everything else is fine since height of hubris don't exist anymore

I had to do a couple of things to fix crit chance since my shield is poo poo, like pcoc and changes on the skill tree to get more value out of the brutal restraint. Ideally dropping pcoc, getting min charges on weapon or shield and going for hypothermia would increase the dmg by a lot.
