This Skeleton Mage Necromancer build IS THE STRONGEST build i've ever played and was my PoE 3.17 League Starter (Siege of the Atlas PoE expansion - PoE Archmage). It has 12 Sekeletons, 10 Zombies and 4 Spectres, oh and 40 Vaal Skeletons!
