Taaki PoE's Notes
This build uses Primal Strikes together with Choir of the Storm to automatically apply shocks so you don't have to rely on pressing any other buttons to trigger Primal Strikes stampede effect. This makes the single target rotation much simpler and makes for a smooth playstyle. For map clear I'm using Lightning Spear which makes it a very efficient mapper, as well as having great single target.
I've been able to take down a few +3 pinnacle bosses which is all you need to get your atlas points, and I'm currently on a less than 10 divine budget. Definitely making some mistakes on this Xesht fight so with a bit better gear and playing well, +4 should be quite doable.
