Hello and Hey! Today we try to give the loose bounds of an outline to how you could potentially use the exciting new skill: Explosive Concoction at League Start.
It very obviously has potential, and being an attack without weapon scaling, one would hope the gem sits in a good enough place to feel GOOD.
Still, there are many changes to many systems that we've yet to get our hands on, so it's a risk.
