Kelvynn PoE's Notes
I have adapted my Icestorm build to the big changes in 3.16. It's a bit tankier now. Although I'm not actually tanking the biggest hits. They can all be avoided by staying near the bosses and moving just a little. No need to run away from Kosis' bubble explosion. The video shows exactly how to deal with it (at least for this type of a build).
