POE - Crucible League 3.21 - CWDT 2.0 better version Uber Maven

This build have 52% cooldown recovery rate and 4 flask uptime 100%, combine with 100% spell suppress. This is seriously a Beast Helmet: 25 Staff: 20 Armour: 20 Glove: 16 Boots: 32 Ring L: 1 Ring R: 1 Amulet: 29 Belt: 12 Gem: 38 Jewel: 70 Flask: 8 Total 264 divine Sell for: 270 divine ******* NOTE: Dps come from not only Ice Spear but also Eye of Winter and Freezing/Frostbolt ( U can scroll down a little bit to see Dps combine ) Why Im using Rare amulet instead of Omni: - Omni only strong when u can stack a lot of attribute, since I need Dex to use Magebane, Omni is not as strong as this set up if u go for 100% Spell suppress ( With omni u can still reach 100% Suppress but u will lose a lot tree point, which lower ur dps ) ******** HOW TO PLAY THIS BUILD: Pantheon: Brine king and garukhan, try max point them When you enter the map 1. Press all 3 flask ( just 1 time, after that flask is auto ) 2. Swap weapon by pressing X, then X back to normal and stand in sigil aoe for like 1 sec to trigger skill 3. Use RF 4. Vaal rf when fighting boss for maxium dps 5.When change instant, u need to move a little bit and swap weapon again 6. If u meet a rare monster that make Loop stop ( his skill reduce cooldown recovery ) or a monster that have blue aura ( reduce mana cost ), try swap weapon sometime to kill him, then u should be fine 7. When u run Sanctum, remember after each map ur flask is not auto reset, check flask if still have charge, then use flask and swap weapon to avoid dying stuff *** Try Avoid map mod: Less cooldown. Be careful with: Reduced flask charge ( still can go but need pay attention )
