I use ARC + Overcharge in a cwdtlvl20 setup to get large shocks on bosses for extra DPS. I dont see alot of ppl useing this.
For uberbosses i switch freezing pulse from 6link to 3link since 3link it gives enough chill with bonechill anyway and I go arc+overcharge+cwdt+critdmg+crit+arcane surge for massive shocks upwards of 30-50%. All to boost my ice spear dmg.
This seems very simply and great, is there something im missing why all ppl arent doing this on loopers?

Update: When i sixlink Arc-Awakened unbound ailments-arcanesurge-cwdt-critdmg-overcharge I get consistent 50% shocks on ubershaper.
