Hello guys, this is a lightning arrow build for the new surfcaster shadow ascendancy for the upcoming Legacy of Phrecia event.

The pob has an endgame gear to see the build's potential and the notes has a mod list ordered by prio for each slot, so e.g. if you don't have a good ring, check the notes and get a ring with some of those nodes in that order.
