Here is the POB that u want: https://pastebin.com/4ythacmc ( try use pob fork cause normal pob doesnt work ) Spark have mechanic of dealing damage very special, it depend on layout. In POB its the dps of spark with casting only, after spark is release, it will deal damage again after 0.66s, so if u re in a inside layout ( like Uber elder, shaper ) ur dps will even get more My budget is around 1000 ex but its quite min max version, u can play well with ~300-400 ex, sorry it cant be lower
