As a Reliquarian we get:

-+3 gem levels for free ( +2 vaal, +1 spell)

-perma onslaught

-30% chance to recharge ES on block OP!

-Corruption Embrace bloodline for perma Vaal Cold Snap uptime (must have min 8 second duration + runegraft of the soulwick)

For Defenses:

 30% for ES recharge to start on block with wicked ward= pseudo permanent ES recharge

-78/78 block

-37% phys as fire conversion (could substitute dawnbreaker 25% phys as fire node instead of +2 vaal)

-Prospero ring + dawnbreaker + energized armour for 7 points can get you 420% increased armour of shield for a big chunk of armour for low investment + determination

-Scaling recharge recovery with Blightwell talisman is another option.

NOTE: Other skill that also benefits greatly from +to skill levels can be used instead of cold snap.

Cold DOT/gem scaling past level 20 buffs have not been announced yet.
