KF Ballista Whisperer - one last run before it gets nerfed

Build summary: 1. screen clear 2. giga dam 3. supp cap easily 4. freeze immune (brine king) 5. chill immune (booties) 6. shock immune (charge mastery) 7. mind over matter 8. ghost shrouds (not counted in ehp) 9. pseudo avoidance with block/evasion (~40% block + ~70% evasion = 82% avoidance) What new stuff are we leveraging in tota? 1. additional projectile tattoo 2. warrior's tale (double tattoo effect) 3. keystone swaps x2 4. generic tattoos Concerns: 1. totems might be too paper without manifestation (might consider pathing/annointing instead of prodigal) 2. mana regen low? a. leech might be good enough, but I think it'll be clunky b. mana regen suffixes c. "breathe deep" instead of there is more 3. unsure power of leech on character with frenzy (could be good could be bad) 4. kinda what dynamo / battle rouse a. could be future angle pathing by left and going lethal pride/unnatural? 5. totem placement speed might be a little low, could go zeal/placement speed pathing on watchtowers Upgrades: 1. "there is more" can easily be replaced with frenzy+pcoc, tattoo ranger/templar ascendency looking solid (2 proj deadeye, ritual of awakening/+1 totem templar) a. if mana/life sustain is good, go deadeye 2 proj b. if sustain bad, go templar ritual of awakening 2. warrior's tale the proj / tattoo attributes in region at ghost dance 3. tattoo MoM / ancestral bond keystone swap for perfect agony/CI keystones (only use 1, I think MoM to save 6 passives lmao) next to do: 1. levelling pobs 2. plan for lvl 1-31 3. practice run on ranger start into swap at library padding: 1. conditionals for arcane cloak (even without it's kinda crazy) 2. focus dd day 5 pob
