In today's video I'll be sharing the update to my PoE 3.27 Phrecia Kinetic Fusillade league starter build guide. In this version, I add in Lightning Warp on Spellslinger which allows KF to move incredibly quickly while still firing out tons of projectiles, massively improving clear speed on the build.
