In 3.24, I made this build guide for what I believe is the strongest way to league start Flicker Strike. This was motivated by the belief that, while Magefist provides decent Flicker resources for new players, his PoBs are usually regarded by the community as the "be-all end-all" for Flicker enjoyers, whereas they're imo pretty mid, and especially underwhelming on the defensive side. TL;DR, I wanted to propose a stronger alternative for more seasoned players.

Since 3.24, I have since updated and refined this build & PoB numerous times. It is now using a 1H+Shield combo, leveraging Apep's Supremacy for more reliable recovery and 1H Axes for their attack speed, leading to more Trauma stacks & better QoL (faster Leap Slam).

I mostly just want to share this PoB with whoever is interested. It is not a very complicated build but it has its quirks. I unfortunately don't have time to write much more about it but I'll try my best to answer any question under this post.

There's a suppress-based tree and a block-based tree. The block-based is new and was never tested but I believe it would feel better in endgame maps.
