+2 Spectre Boots (Elevated) with double T1 Res

In my pair I'm using minion life, and have extra flat es which was an exalt slam at allflame. If you include that it will be 320d expected cost, due to veiled prefix in between misses. Slam an allflame exalt at the last stage and pick es if it hits. If you want the minion life, use the fear essence instead at step 1.
