PoE Vaal Molten Shell, PhantomPate builds

Hi so I made a really dumb vaal molten shell build that is based around making it deal as much "reflect damage" as possible and would like your opinions on it Quick note I do know that it would probably not actually work in game although it would be really funny if it did. I just pretty much took items that gave the most dmg/ werent the most stupid items of all time.
